BeforeU Care saw a need in the emergency services area. There was no single platform where customers could request immediate assistance with plumbing, electrical concerns, legal support, police cooperation, and medical emergencies. Users were forced to rely on untrustworthy service providers because there was no centralised ambulance, plumber, or electrician app that provided verified assistance when they needed it the most.   

It was generally impossible for families to obtain such services that needed a very short time span of access, know the arrival of the staff on the scene, or communicate with the help groups in a very critical situation if there was no emergency app. The main problem with the already available options was that they didn’t provide real-time GPS monitoring, SOS features, as well as open service updates that very often led to situations in which there were delays, confusion, and safety ‍ ‌‍ ‍‌ ‍ ‌‍ ‍‌problems.
