Before U Care collaborated with Sphinx Solutions to create a unified emergency app that
combines critical services, including ambulance support, electrician aid, plumbing
assistance, police coordination, and legal information into a single, dependable digital
platform. Their goal was to design a system on which consumers could rely in an
emergency, replete with quick access to approved service providers and seamless
end-to-end communication.
To achieve this, the client required a complete mobile app development solution,
including Android app development and iOS app development, supported by real-time GPS
tracking, secure OTP authentication, multilingual accessibility, and an easy-to-use SOS
feature. They also needed a subscription-driven structure where families could purchase
plans, redeem vouchers, and request services without friction.
