Classter conceptualized the idea of building an all-inclusive application for educational institutions & organizations. They wanted to integrate the functionalities of five different solutions; SIS, SMS, LMS, ERP, and CRM in one platform. This itself was quite a challenging part of the application development venture.

From the commencement of the project, Sphinx Solutions ensured to take note of all the technical specifications of Classter. We mapped out the best strategy and a feasible way to bring Classter’s concept into reality.

We were focused on developing an application with different features, as stated by Classter, such as no code SIS, admission process management, financial management system, transportation management, and academic CRM.

Additionally, we had to create different portals for distinct users of the Classter application. One was for the students to access information about the teaching sessions, assignments & events coming up, and their assessment scores. Another was for the educators to schedule teaching sessions, mark attendance, assign marks, and check students' performance in real time.

There were several other portals that we built in the Classter app. It has an applicant portal that enabled admission professionals to create custom application portals with workflows to manage various application processes. An employee portal that allows employees to handle administrative tasks and automate repetitive processes.

We also created an alum portal that allowed alums to connect with students through the personalized portal. However, we ensured that all these portals were interconnected and the interface was user-friendly. We wanted to make sure that the app is easy to use for everyone, from students to employees of an educational institute.

Developing an application from scratch with so many various capabilities was an arduous task. Sphinx Solutions team worked alongside Classter to build an application with all the features as per their business requirements.

Classter approached Sphinx Solutions for the mobile application development venture. They intended to develop an application that would enable educational organizations to manage their academic, finance, transportation, admission, and library operations.

Sphinx Solutions knew that Classter wanted to incorporate all the features that an educational institute requires. Our team of highly qualified developers created a wireframe of the project and proffered it to Classter. Following approval, we started the development of the Classter application.

Our UI/UX designers meticulously designed the application to make it easy to use for everyone. We created different user interfaces for distinct users, such as for students, teachers, alums, applicants, and employees.

We integrated various features in the Classter application, such as school management, admissions & registrations, billing & payments, hybrid learning, grade book & assessment, student engagement, and IT management.

With easy registration and login, the application is great use for teachers and students. Teachers could easily log in and create sessions & manage schedules. They can use the app to mark attendance, grade students, pin their favorite students, or access student parents’ contact information. Educators could keep track of their classes by syncing their daily schedules in the application.

Our created application helped Classter to keep the students and educators connected and engaged throughout the academic process. The highlight of our implemented application was its personalized portal for each type of user. It also bought all the stakeholders together in one platform.

Sphinx Solutions helped Classter to launch robust mobile applications with highly intuitive interfaces and advanced features. This enabled them to increase the engagement and interaction between students and teachers.
