ProofEasy aimed at developing a web application that would cease document fraud and comply with high standards of data security. Developing a high-tech platform that would generate tamper-proof documents for different important sectors such as legal, real estate, business, and bank-related contractual documents was challenging.

Our team of experts first took the clear ideation of the ProofEasy project. They evaluated the distinct technological platforms and analyzed what would be the best fit for the development process.

Accordingly, they devised the wireframe of the project and presented it to ProofEasy. Later with approval, the full fledge development of the project was started.

Sphinx Solutions built a robust web application for ProofEasy that enabled it to secure documents in the blockchain. This aided in preventing data from alteration and fraud.

We had to incorporate many technically complex features in order to integrate the blockchain feature. This new platform was built with the focus of being an ideal solution for verification in B2B and data-concerned organizations.

Along with this, we wanted to make sure that the application is easily operable and convenient to use so that anyone can utilize the application without any prior training or knowledge.

ProofEasy intended to build a unique document verification platform that was backed by patented blockchain technology. The purpose was to eliminate data forgeries & frauds and transform the data verification process.

ProofEasy, powered by VeriDoc Global’s QR code solution, helps to locale a QR code on the documents. People can easily scan the QR code and visually inspect the uploaded data against the original data.

The application was developed with a simple drag & drop feature that facilitated easy submission and validation. To increase data security to the utmost level, we integrated blockchain technology. It placed a unique hash value on the blockchain that can’t be changed.

We also leveraged the strength of public key cryptography to create an easily verifiable proof. Additionally, ProofEasy provides a user-friendly interface through which users can send and receive documents in a secure manner.

The launched ProofEasy platform was easily able to scan and create tamper-proof documents like certificates, legal & financial collaterals, or important reports. Sphinx Solutions was successfully able to deliver an advanced application that helped ProofEasy to establish itself as a safe and secure document verification platform.
